Resep Sup Iga
BAHAN:
• 1/2 kg iga sapi
• 3 buah wortel potong 2 cm
• 1 buah kentang potong dadu besar
• 1 batang daun bawang iris tipis
• 2 batang daun seledri iris tipis
• 4 siung bawang putih keprek/cincang kasar
• 1 sdt lada bubuk
• 1/2 sdt pala bubuk
• garam secukupnya
• bawang goreng dan sambal tomat untuk pelengkap
CARA MEMBUAT SUP IGA:
1. Rebus iga sapi hingga empuk.
2. Tumis bawang putih dengan sedikit minyak. Tambahkan lada bubuk dan pala bubuk. Tumis sebentar.
Langsung tuang tumisan berikut minyaknya ke rebusan iga.
Masukkan wortel dan kentang. Masak hingga wortel dan kentang empuk.
3. Beri garam dan vetsin bila suka. Rasakan.
4. Sesaat sebelum diangkat masukkan daun bawang dan seledri. Matikan api.
5. Hidangkan dengan taburan bawang goreng dan sambal tomat.
INGREDIENTS:
• 1/2 kg of beef ribs
• 3 carrots cut into 2 cm
• 1 large diced potatoes
• 1 leek thinly sliced
• 2 stalks celery thinly sliced
• 4 cloves garlic keprek / coarsely chopped
• 1 teaspoon ground pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• salt to taste
• fried onions and tomato sauce to complement
HOW TO MAKE SOUP IGA:
1. Boil ribs until tender.
2. Sauté the garlic with a little oil. Add ground pepper and nutmeg. Saute briefly.
Directly following the stir pour oil to stew ribs.
Enter the carrots and potatoes. Cook until carrots and potatoes are tender.
3. Add salt and MSG if liked. Feel.
4. Shortly before the appointed enter the leeks and celery. Turn off the heat.
5. Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions and tomato sauce.
